Day of Coordination

Have the planning under control but want someone else to execute on your wedding day? This is where our Day-of Coordination comes in, to make sure your day is stress-free so you can focus on what is most important, marrying the love of your life!
Our Day-of Coordination Package includes:
– Face-to-face initial consultation with your lead planner
– Timeline and Vendor List development with your lead planner
– Venue walk-through with your lead planner
– Vendor correspondence and confirmation 30 days prior to your date
– Final timeline walk-through with your lead planner
– Attendance and coordination of rehearsal if needed
– 10 Day-of Coordination Hours with your lead planner & one assistant
Day-of Coordination Hours include but are not limited to:
– Pick up of any wedding items (additional mileage may be incurred)
– Act as “Go-To” person for vendors, family members, & wedding party
– Set-up of décor items such as: Guestbook, gift table, programs, placecards, favors, table décor etc.
– Access to the fully stocked “Wedding Emergency Kit
– Facilitate the ceremony line-up and cue any ceremony vendors
– Answer any guest questions that come up at ceremony/reception
– Execute timing of reception events including: Seating, grand march, speeches, first dances, etc.
– Hand out any final payments or tips to vendors at the end of night
– Organize and pack up for the end of the night including: Gifts, décor items, floral, extra food or desserts, etc.
